EGGSCATCHER

    Once, when I was rummaging through the arsenal, preparing for a usual trip, I stumbled onto something shiny. When I picked up the strange object, I understood that it was of the pre-war technologies. I was about to throw it away, but the plastic frame with four buttons at the sides interested me. Naturally, the device did not work at all, since its batteries went dead a long time ago. I decided to try it out by connecting a standard power source. A few wires and a little thinking, and it was ready to turn on. But what's this? It turned out to be not a device, but some kind of game, where a strange creature was standing on it's hind legs and was catching eggs that were rolling to it from all sides. Pretty useless.
    Nevertheless this game was quite entertaining when I was deep in the mines, waiting to regain my strength an get back to mining resources. I never parted with it. Once an antiquary offered to buy it, but I refused.
   Once in the mine I was attacked by a pack of rats. Naturally, my friends pulled me out, but when I was bandaging my wounds I found that my game was punctured by a rat that bit my pocket. I abandoned the mine, I sat and wrote the game, that was destroyed by the terrible rat. I sat, and I programmed, despite the hunger and the mines. And I finished. Only now there were vzzik eggs, which can be caught in a frying pan. I discarded the weird creature in the center, since I had no idea what it was. I don't have that old game, but now everyone does.
