GARCANOID



The player's objective is to break through a barrier of insane bricks, thus saving the world of TimeZero. Bricks can be hit with the ball that you direct with your spaceship. You do not have a lot of them, so you should keep them from flying into outer space. If you run out of balls - you lose, and TimeZero will be doomed.

How to play
When the game is loaded click "To the war" to enter the game field. The game is paused. To begin playing press the spacebar or click the "pause" on the screen. The platform can be controlled with your mouse. Your points, lives and level are shown on the right side of the screen. To pause the game press space or click "Pause" on the screen. To help you resist the temptation of pausing the game in difficult situations the ball will speed up each time.

Bonuses
Sometimes a destroyed brick will yield a tablet, aka a bonus. They can be helpful or quite harmful.
  • White - adds a life (5 lives maximum)
  • Black - takes a life away
  • Red - speeds up the ball
  • Blue - slows the ball down
  • Green - enlarges the platform
  • Yellow - shrinks the platform
  • Multicolored - HALLUCINATIONS
Save Game
If you do not want to pass the whole game over again you can save a level. At the bottom of the screen the code of the current level is shown. You can copy and save this code, so you can afterwards enter it and, by clicking the "jump" button, proceed to the desired level.
