SHARP KNIFE

Any homemaker will recognize this knife but not every homemaker realizes that a well placed strike with a chef's knife can severe a limb. Obviously this knife is not as well balanced and is not designed for combat but is a suitable weapon for beginners and can be quite dangerous in hands of a professional.
BUTTERFLY KNIFE

A thug's weapon, butterfly knife is a knife many have seen almost artistically manipulated by a professional. Less durable due to its folding design and is not suited for real combat operations compared with fixed blade knives. Its light weight allows even a weak person to wield this knife but limits the amount of damage that can be inflicted. Ideal for novices.
JACKAL KNIFE

Jackal is a knife designated for an average fighter. It is too light and simple for veterans and too complicated to handle for novices. This light hunting knife does not inflict great damage but is not as heavy and cumbersome as war knife or machete. Jackal knife can serve as a good weapon against rats despite its rather unusual "backwards" blade design. It provides a good value of price to quality for average fighters.
VIPER KNIFE

Even this knife, originally designated to be a mere souvenir, can serve as a combat blade just as well as a wall decoration. Since its decorative hand guard is not well balanced the knife is not as effective as others but it still is a beautiful and dangerous weapon.
EVISCERATOR KNIFE

Improved version of the Jackal knife. The blade is serrated for extra damage and hollow for additional poison capsule installation. The double-edged blade cuts in either direction and the handle has a hand guard to protect the fingers.
RAMBO KNIFE

A classic military knife used since 1938 by armies around the world. A well-balanced hand combat weapon praised for its functionality and ease of use. Original design had a mercury capsule inserted into hollow blade for improved balance. Current design improved the blade increasing the damage that can be inflicted and allowed to replace the mercury capsule with poison capsule for additional damage.
WAR KNIFE

The latest military design from pre-war hand combat weapons. It was designed to replace the standard bayonet knives used by armies of that time. Laser-sharpened blade, mercury capsule for balance, serrated back make it the ideal hand combat weapon for a veteran soldier. In the hands of a strong and experienced soldier the war knife is even capable of penetrating body armor.
MACHETE

A large and heavy weapon originally designed to cut through jungle. Severs limbs just as well as it cuts through vegetation. Even though modern versions are nearly identical to the original machetes they are still able to compete with many modern knives due to their heavy weight, which basically allows hacking through armor.
VAKIDSASI

A great close combat weapon that is as lethal as it is beautiful. In hands of a professional this deadly weapon can cut through almost anything, flesh, bones, metal and even stones. The secret to making these weapons was lost for hundreds of year until recently when Time Zero scientists rediscovered how to make Vakidsasi again. Thus, this ancient Samurai sidearm has made its way into the hands of modern day warriors.
ENERGY BLADE

Post war mutations caused by radiation created new creatures, dangerous and unique. While biologists were excited to study the new kinds, the military scientists created new weapons able to combat these creatures since projectile energy weapons were not yet available. As a result, the energy blade war borne. Unlike regular bladed weapons this one has a red energy column instead of a blade.
PlASMA BLADE

A further improvement on the energy blade design. New developments in the cold plasma research allowed not just directing its movement but actually locking it in a so called "energy cocoon" thus creating a weapon more powerful than energy blade. Plasma blade is the most common close combat weapon against Witchjelly.
