Character Security. Electronic Key

• Why you would need one:
  Game administration created a special electronic key that allows extra protection for your character from intruders or hackers. It is a file that must be run prior to game start. You can keep it on a flash card (USB drive) or on a password protected web site. If you decide to store the password on a web site it is recommended that you empty the Temporary Internet Files folder after you are done playing.
  
• To activate/deactivate the electronic key you will have to:
  
  • enter the game with your character;
  • in the options menu press the "electronic key" link;
  • follow the instructions you will receive in the e-mail.
  The electronic key will be attached to the e-mail you will receive; file's name will be "key.swf". Once the key is activated don't forget to follow the link provided in the e-mail to confirm the activation. From this point on you will need to run the electronic key prior to starting the game. If you are using the game client simply copy the key into the game directory (typically it is C:\Programm Files\TimeZero\).
  If you encounter any problems after installing the electronic key you can always delete it, just follow the link provided in the e-mail you received confirming key activation. The link is valid for up to three days.
  If the key was installed successfully and you would still like to remove it, click on the "electronic key" link again. This time you will receive an e-mail asking you to DEACTIVATE the electronic key. As in the first e-mail there will be a link that you would have to click to complete the deactivation process.
