PANIC

Panic:
When in fear, your character is not able to perform any actions and skips his turns. Panic duration depends on caused chemical wound or psionic damage.

Panic immunity:
To prevent panic attacks you should use special medical stuff that will help you to decrease or entirely avoid the chances of such effects.
