CITY HALL

City Hall - in this building you can attain your citizenship and pay monthly citizenship dues, purchases various licenses, pay monthly property rental fees and perform other services.
The external view of this building is shown on Figure 1.
This portion of the manual describes city hall's interface and modes of operation.
Once inside you will see the following buttons:
  • Citizenship - acquiring citizenship and paying monthly dues.
  • Services - all other City Hall services.
  • Exit - leave the building.







    		• If you press the "Citizenship" button and do not currently have a valid citizenship you will be offered the option of purchasing one.
    The pop up will indicate the passport's price and monthly dues to be paid.
    You will also be allowed to choose an avatar at the time of purchase.

    Please note!
    In order to be able to purchase the citizenship you must have a valid approval from Police.
    You can be a citizen of only one city at the same time.
    The citizenship dues can be paid ahead but no further than three months.

    Once you purchase the citizenship your passport will be placed in your backpack.

    If you already have a citizenship, you can pay your monthly citizenship dues by pressing the "Citizenship" button in the City Hall of your city.
    The due date of the membership dues is noted in your passport.

    Please remember! If you do not pay your monthly dues you will loose your citizenship.

    The following services are available under the "Services" button:
  • Licenses.
    Sale of merchant and mercenary licenses.
  • Rent.
    Paying the property rent. In order to do so you must have the owner's key with you. The rent will cost 10% of the building's cost.
  • Wedding clothing rental.
    Here you can rent the wedding dresses and tuxedoes. The rental is valid for only 1 hour and only for city citizens. The city mayor sets the cost of rental.
  • Trademark.
    Here you can register your trademark name. Your will be given a stamp which can be used to put the trademark name on the drawings. The coast of this service is 5000 coins.
  • Rename a building.
    This service will rename a building of your choice. You must have the owner's key with you. This will cost you 2000 coins.
  • Repair a building.
    Building repairs. You must have the owner's key with you. You can read the detailed description of the repair process here.
  • Pay bot rental.
    This service is not available at this time.
  • Alpha access code.
    This service is not available at this time.
  • Armor painting.
    This service allows you to paint your armor. This service costs 1 silver coin for every object to be painted.
  • Cell phone games.
    Here you can purchase games for you cell phone. The price list is in copper coins.

    		• The mayor of the city has two additional buttons:
  • Cash register - allows to pick up the money earned by the City Hall.
  • Settings - City Hall's various settingsю

    In "Settings" the mayor can set the passport cost, amount of monthly citizenship dues and wedding clothing rental cost.

    Building logs are also accessible from this button.
    The mayor can also set the price of merchant and mercenary licenses.
